CRMS has limited storage space and very often cannot accommodate large, unscheduled arrivals. All palletized, incoming shipments must be scheduled with CRMS prior to arrival to confirm adequate space and operational resources are available to receive the shipment. In addition, CRMS will likely not be able to deliver palletized shipments due to weight restrictions. If you have an incoming palletized shipment, please have your carrier contact us at 250-807-9105 to schedule a delivery appointment.
If you are anticipating an incoming shipment that is larger than one pallet, please contact UBC Okanagan Facilities prior to scheduling your delivery. They may be able to assist in facilitating the move. If they cannot assist, then an external moving company may have to arrange for delivery direct to your department.
CRMS will have to refuse any incoming shipments that we are not operationally able to accommodate due to storage or weight restrictions.
