Mailing and Distribution Overview
Campus Mailing Services in Vancouver handles the sorting and distribution of all incoming Canada Post mail and parcels at no charge for the entire UBC Vancouver campus. We also manage the pickup, sorting, and distribution of inter-departmental mail. Additionally, we offer outgoing mail and parcel services, mail redirection, on-campus courier services, and other related mailing solutions.
Please note that the services of Campus Mail are for University business only. Personal items that are not for UBC use should not be delivered to the University.

Our service commitments:
- Efficient Processing: All mail received from Canada Post and addressed to UBC is sorted and distributed by Campus Mail. Certain types of mail, such as bulk mail, advertisements, flyers, or pamphlets, may require additional processing time during peak periods.
