Delivery or pick up instructions

When an item is accepted and received by CRMS, we assign it a tracking ID and send an email to the identified recipient. In most cases, for non-perishable items less than 30kg, we will deliver your item to your department’s mail room the following business day and no action is required on your part. Please note that we do not deliver to every office on campus. It is your responsibility to retrieve your item(s) from your department’s mail room.

If you wish to pick up your item instead of having it delivered, please call us at 250-807-9105 and we can hold on to it for you. We would request that, if your item is being held at CRMS, you pick it up within two business days as we do have limited storage capacity. Please have a piece of identification with you for pick up. If you cannot personally come and pick up your items, please print your notification email, initial it, and provide it to your designate for pickup.

If you are away on vacation, we will hold on to your packages until you return. However, large palletized shipments cannot be stored at CRMS for extended periods. If you have a palletized delivery and it is not picked up from CRMS within two business days, storage fees will be billed to your department at $40.00 per pallet per week.
